How It Works
Every Sage Coast project starts with a Discovery Call to learn about your space, goals, and design style. From there, we develop custom landscape concepts, including 3D renderings and planting layouts that help you visualize your new outdoor living space before it’s built.
We refine the design together, then deliver scaled 2D plans—detailed enough for contractors to bid and build confidently. Our project management and consulting services are available for clients who want continued support through installation.

Drawing from hands-on experience in design-build, environmental policy, and native and drought-tolerant landscaping, Jordan brings a practical, people-centered approach to every project.
